Thank you for choosing Orchid Hills – Hill Valley Resorts. To make your stay smooth and enjoyable, please review our booking policy carefully:
1. Reservation Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed only after full payment or advance deposit (as specified).
You will receive a confirmation email or message with your booking details.
2. Payment Methods
We accept payments via bank transfer, UPI or Cash
Please complete payment within the specified time to guarantee your booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 3 days before check-in date.
Cancellations made before 1 day of check-in may incur a 1% cancellation fee.
No-shows or early departures will be charged the full stay amount.
4. Modification Policy
Changes to booking dates or room types are subject to availability.
Please notify us at least 3 days in advance to request modifications.
5. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in: From 2:00 PM onwards
Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon request and subject to availability.
6. Additional Guests and Services
Please inform us in advance if additional guests will be joining.
Extra services such as pickup, meals, or special arrangements should be requested during booking.
7. Special Requests
We will do our best to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee availability.
